Inventory reports: lots, serial numbers, prices, customer orders and minimum stock
How to browse, print as PDF and export as CSV stock by lot and by serial number, latest prices, customer orders to deliver and items below minimum stock.

How to use them
- Open Inventory → More and choose the report.
- Fill in the filters: the result updates on its own.
- To switch to another report use the Report choice at the top.
- Tap Download PDF to print it or Download CSV to open it in a spreadsheet.
Stock by lot appears only if at least one item is lot-tracked, Stock by serial number only if at least one is serial-tracked. The page shows the first 200 rows; the PDF and the CSV include them all.
The reports
- Stock by lot: lots in stock At date, earliest expiry first; those already expired are marked. Filters: warehouse, Category, Subcategory, Item.
- Stock by serial number: serial numbers in stock at the date, by item and warehouse, with the day they came in. Same filters as lots.
- Latest prices: prices of issued invoices and of recorded supplier invoices, most recent first, with discounts and net price. Filters: Prices (Selling, Purchase or both), Item, customer or supplier, From and To. Credit notes are excluded.
- Ordered by customers: customer order lines not yet delivered, grouped by item, with the quantity To deliver, stock and available quantity. Filters: From, To (order date), Item, Customer.
- Minimum stock: items whose stock across all warehouses is below the minimum, the most short at the top. Filters: Category, Subcategory, From code and To code.
Frequently asked questions
Where do the latest purchase prices come from?
From the supplier invoices recorded in Purchases, with lines linked to an item or recognised from the supplier’s code.
Where is the minimum stock set?
In the item record, in the Minimum stock field. Items without a minimum stock are not in the report.
