Prices exclude VAT and are per company. Documents are those sent and received through the SDI.
Free, with what you actually need
The Free plan is not a trial: it is the same Nanus on your computer, with the tax checks, printing and tools of the paid plans. The only differences are how invoices reach the SDI and the number of documents.
Checks mapped to SDI rejection codes
Before you submit, Nanus checks the invoice against the Exchange System rules and shows you what to fix, with the official error code.
Flat-rate invoices in a minute
RF19 scheme, N2.2 VAT nature code and the required legal wording are preset; virtual stamp duty is added automatically above €77.47.
Invoices as the Revenue Agency sees them
Open any XML, yours or a supplier’s, with the official Revenue Agency stylesheet.

Six layouts for the courtesy copy
The PDF you send your customer alongside the electronic invoice comes with six ready-made layouts, all with your logo and brand colour. With the visual editor you can build your own: rearrange sections and choose the font, table and totals style. The document’s mandatory details always stay on the page.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Free plan expire?
No. It stays free as long as you issue and receive no more than 100 documents a year. No credit card required.
What counts as a document?
Every invoice, credit note or self-billing invoice sent to the SDI and every invoice received from suppliers. Quotes, orders and delivery notes do not count.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s documents?
Nothing is blocked: we let you know when you reach 80% and you can add a pack of 500 documents for €49, or move up a plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, without losing any data: it is always the same software, with more features enabled. From Free you can move your desktop data to the cloud.
What happens to my data if I stop using Nanus?
You can download all of it: invoices as XML, contacts and items as CSV, and a full copy via backup.
How do I pay?
The fee is annual and paid in advance. You receive an electronic invoice, issued with Nanus of course.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the year already paid for and your data remains exportable. The full conditions are in the Terms of service.
